Body Attack
WARNING: this is not for those weak at heart or spirit! This high-intensity and full-impact class will push you to the edge and then shove you over it!

To achieve your full potential you first need to attain balance in your life. Prolonged stress is likely to cause wear and tear on the nervous system and can be a risk factor for disease.

Body Pump

Body Step
