At long last some warmer weather is in sight! And while the chilly mornings don’t exactly scream beach time, summer is in fact only a little over two months away. For many of us, that will be a massive wake up call, which probably goes something like this:
Remember those plans you had of getting taut, toned and terrific over winter so you’d look and feel awesome in your summer clothes? Those plans that kept getting put off when the early morning get-up was just too brutal to face in the cold months?
Yep, you know what I’m talking about!
And now, you’re suddenly realizing you’re running out of time. Worse still, all those winter comfort foods you couldn’t quite resist have actually set you back further than you’d anticipated.
Hold it right there. It’s not too late to get your butt into gear and make some significant improvements in the way you look and feel before you slip into your summer clothes. But given you’ve been putting off exercising regularly for the last wee while, now might be the time to consider getting a little help.
