Memorable result with a client: An 18-year-old female that joined the gym after an accident that left her with a lack of conference in her leg stability. Her first time at the gym she told me that she would love to run a half marathon but hadn’t been able to run since her accident. Over the space of a year we worked together to build her strength and conference in her leg again and together we completed a half marathon!
Favourite food: Lemon meringue pie and avocado.
Sporting hero and why: Kerry McCann – I watched her win at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, the vibe and energy in the stadium was electric. Using Kerry as an inspiration I won my first ever long-distance race and have been hooked ever since- Amazing woman!
