Trainer
Jimmy Todorovski
I’m into: watching football, soccer, having a drink with friends and body building.
Experience: Body building, circuit training, resistance training, HIIT (high Intensity Interval Training), boxing, kettlebell and general nutrition.
Qualifications/Certificates: Cert III & IV in Fitness, Level 1 TRX suspension trainer, functional training certificate, Level 1 Kettlebell trainer, ultimate boxing instructor, resistance bands certificate, Group Training Level 1, Nutrition for Exercise course.
Favourite exercise: Dumbbell lateral raise, anything with drop sets – love the pump! Also, HIIT based cardio workouts.
Fitness philosophy: Find something that you enjoy doing. Mix up your workouts to avoid boredom, stagnation, and to keep you motivated. Seek advice if need be and never give up!
What I love about personal training: Being able to meet new people and help them improve their health and general well being is very rewarding. Having the ability to change people’s lives is a great feeling!
Memorable result with a client: I’ve had a couple of clients lose over 40kg. Most clients improve their health, fitness, well-being and confidence.
Favourite food: I love food with a passion! I don’t mind a nice lasagna.
Sporting hero and why: Any athlete that comes back from a serious injury/illness to compete at the highest level again. Daniel Menzel is a great example of an athlete overcoming setbacks.

Chelsea Fisher
I’m into: Cooking delicious food, travel and weekend adventures.
Experience: 10 years in the Fitness Industry.
Qualifications/Certificates: Cert III & IV in Fitness, First Aid/CPR, Group exercise, Level 1 TRX suspension trainer, muscle balance/activation certificate and KB training certification.
Favourite exercise: Trail running, weight training.
Fitness philosophy: Fit for living the life you desire
What I love about personal training: I love the people I get to meet and being a part of their journey. Seeing my clients achieve their goals is what drives me as a trainer.
Memorable result with a client: An 18-year-old female that joined the gym after an accident that left her with a lack of conference in her leg stability. Her first time at the gym she told me that she would love to run a half marathon but hadn’t been able to run since her accident. Over the space of a year we worked together to build her strength and conference in her leg again and together we completed a half marathon!
Favourite food: Lemon meringue pie and avocado.
Sporting hero and why: Kerry McCann – I watched her win at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, the vibe and energy in the stadium was electric. I was never a natural runner but the feeling I got watching her win inspired me to give it a go. I trained hard and chased my dream to not only run long distance but win…. Using Kerry as an inspiration I won my first ever long-distance race and have been hooked ever since- Amazing woman!

Russell Whiteford
I’m into: Training, basketball, watching NBA, podcasts, healthy food, mountain biking and playing the Nintendo Switch with my two boys.
Experience: Started in the fitness industry at 18 years old. I’ve owned my own gym/PT studio, managed a large council aquatic facility before a stint in project management, but couldn’t stay away from health and fitness!
Qualifications/Certificates: Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science, Diploma of Management, Cert IV in Personal Training, Level 1 & 2 senior AFL coach. Currently back studying Masters of Human Nutrition.
Favourite exercise: Using strength movements in HIIT training sessions such as KB deadlifts, lunges, push-ups and chin ups. Also love shooting hoops!
Fitness philosophy: Exercise is the best remedy so make it part of your lifestyle. Consistency wins!
What I love about personal training: Helping a client put all the pieces together to create an exercise plan that fits with their lifestyle and their goals. Getting to know people and what motivates them.
Memorable result with a client: Working with a lady recovering from a stroke to rebuild her strength and function down her left side and working with a pro surfer to strengthen his shoulders following an injury to help fast track his return to competition.
Favourite food: Love a lot of healthy foods. Eat a lot of dark chocolate and almonds and drink lots of coffee!
Sporting hero and why: LeBron James for his discipline, his belief in himself and his willingness to do what ever it takes to be the best.
Ideal Client: Someone who is ready to commit to making a healthy change in their life through more than just exercise.

Natasha Mitchell
I’m into: Yoga, cycling, surfing, travel, cooking, reading, music, movies, and craft. I’m also currently learning Japanese.
Experience: I’ve been teaching group fitness for 8 years and a PT for 7 years. Over that time, I have had a great deal of experience with training older people.
Qualifications/Certificates: Cert III & IV in Fitness, First Aid/CPR, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach 1, Yoga 200-hour, Yin Yoga, Kettlebell Trainer Level
1&2, Boxing, Animal Flow, Road & Track Cycling Coach, Les Mills BodyBalance and BodyStep, Zumba, Strong, Metafit, Tribe, Ageing with Attitude, Tai Chi. Fitness Australia, Cycling Australia, ZIN, SYNC, and Yoga Alliance member.
Favourite exercise: Mobility and functional exercises that work the body through different ways of moving, working and breathing!
Fitness philosophy: You need to move! Change takes time.
What I love about personal training: I believe 100% in what I do, whether it’s helping people achieve their dreams and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Memorable result with a client: Many of my clients have had amazing results but honestly, it’s seeing the positive mental change as they get stronger and more confident that blows me away every time.
Favourite food: Vegetables! The more variety the better. Dark mint chocolate as a treat.
Ideal Client: Anyone who wants to improve themselves, is willing to do the work, and try something new.

Nathan Freind
I’m into: playing basketball, holidaying, and spending time with my wife and family.
My skills are: sports specific training, functional training, strength training and general fitness.
Experience: I have been working in the fitness industry for over 7years, all while playing basketball at a representative level.
Qualifications: Cert III in group fitness, cert IV in Personal Training. Certified boxing instructor, basketball specific training course.
Favourite exercise: dead lifts and chin ups. For cardio, it’s the rower.
Fitness philosophy: every great achievement was once considered impossible!
What I love about personal training: seeing people fulfill their goals whilst living the dream!
Memorable result with a client: Two that come to mind are helping a client reach their goal of losing 30kgs in 12 months and helping a client build strength to compete in a 60km run.
Favourite food: can’t go past Mexican food
Sporting hero and why: Michael Jordan, he made every basketball star around him look like a rookie through his determination and mental toughness.

Rosie Slimmon
I’m into: being outdoors, watching my kids grow up and the beach
Experience: 10+ years as working as a PT and outdoor fitness trainer.
Qualifications: Cert 3 & 4, Master Trainer, Preggi Bellies certificate, Pre and Post-natal certificate, Punchfit, Kettlebell level 1.
Favourite exercise: Squats, deadlifts and pull ups
Fitness philosophy: don’t stand still – move!
What I love about personal training: It’s a natural progression from an athletics career. People come to me for advice regarding their health and fitness. I realised my passion for health and fitness could be satisfied by becoming a PT. I also love watching people push themselves that little bit more when given guidance on a program to reach their goal.
Memorable result with a client: Worked with a doctor to improve his health after suffering a blood clot, improving his general fitness, despite an extremely busy lifestyle. Whilst training with me and undertaking his gym program, he was down a couple of belt notches and had heaps more energy to deal with everyday life.
Favourite food: Mothership lamb roast.

I’m into: Traveling, working out, walking, movies, the beach, healthy eating, watching sports (ESPN junkie) and an awesome piece of chocolate cake.
Experience: I’ve worked in the USA, New Zealand and now Australia in weight loss, strength training, flexibility and recovery training with individuals and groups.
Qualifications/Certificates: WITS Certified Personal Fitness Trainer (USA)
Favourite Exercise: Toe to bar (ask me and I’ll show you) & rowing for cardio.
What I love about Personal Training: It’s an awesome feeling when a client achieves their goal and becomes empowered to continue their life style change. I enjoy meeting people from various cultures and backgrounds.
Memorable results with a client: Working with a woman who wanted to achieve a certain weight loss before her 40th birthday. Helping a 60+ year old lady get her strength and confidence back after Aneurysm surgery. Helping a client in her fifties improve her flexibility.
Favourite Food: I enjoy lots of healthy foods, but for comfort, chocolate cake and gelato.
Sporting Hero and why: Venus and Serena Williams because their story is very inspirational. Usain Bolt – he came from humble beginnings, The Golden State Warriors team, especially Steph Curry – I love how humble and well the guys work together to achieve their goal without egos getting involved.
Ideal Client: A client who is open to making that lifestyle change both mentally, physically and emotionally. Someone open and willing to make the sacrifice to achieve their goal.

Qualifications: Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, Current L2 First Aid and CPR, L 1 & 2 Fight Boxing, Pre and post natal qualified, L 1 & 2 Kettlebell certified, Beginner – advanced TRX certified, DVRT Ultimate Sandbag L1 Coach, Battle Rope certified, Reformer Pilates
Fitness Philosophy: ‘Train for life’: I believe our training should have a purpose, whether you are a stay at home mum or an elite athlete our training should strengthen us based on our individual needs
Favourite exercise: Lateral drag with the ultimate sandbag because it brings the body together to work as one, really working the deep inner core muscles which is essential to be able to do more advanced exercises.
What I love about Personal Training: Helping people build stronger healthier bodies to improve quality of life
Most memorable PT moment: Working with a client who had zero confidence. She stuck to her plan and trained with me 3 times a week and turned her life around. She lost 30kg and went from being unable to lift a barbell to deadlifting more than her body weight and now works as a personal trainer helping people do what she was able to do.
Favourite food: Anything Vegan
Sporting hero: Lavinia Milocivic – Romanian Gymnast of the ‘90’s. I had the pleasure of volunteering at the world gymnastic championships in 1994 and leading my hero’s team around the competition, watching her compete from meters away!
Ideal Client: Anyone willing to work hard and commit to their goals

I’m into: hiking and adventures, going to boxing fights, spending time with my two Staffies and hanging out with friends.
My skills are: boxing, training clients with injuries, weight loss, strength and conditioning.
Favourite exercise: any type of strength training.
Favourite cardio exercise: boxing
Qualifications: Cert III in Fitness, Cert IV in Personal Training and various boxing qualifications.
Fitness philosophy: your body can withstand almost anything. It’s your mind you have to convince.
What I love about personal training: I love seeing the change in people’s bodies and attitude.
Favourite food: lamb
Sporting hero: My hero is also my coach and friend, Susie Q Ramadan. She is a world champ and the first female to make it into the boxing hall of fame.
Ideal Client: Someone who is willing to give anything a go and puts in 100% each time.
