Dr Marc Dussault came to Geelong’s Gym in person to present the first part of this unique program in January to return in February 2009 when he picked up a Silver Medal in Squash At the 2009 Australian Masters Game held right here in Geelong!
That is why this program is special to us. It was recorded right here in our aerobics studio!
Marc reveals what makes Champions tick. Once proper training is taken into consideration, the difference between a competitor and a Champion is all ‘in the mind’.
