Anytime you need to let off some steam – just head on here. This is a perfect way to unload all the stress that you’ve accumulated during the day or over the course of the week. Now, you can let it all out – without getting hurt and without having to worry what others might think! Cardio box is a high impact cardio class incorporating a variety of boxing drills, building strength for the upper and lower body for a duration of 50 minutes. Hit those bags as hard as you can and let the stress dissipate from your body one punch or kick at a time. Knowing there’s an qualified instructor to guide you, you’ll be in a safe and fun environment. You’ll feel like Rocky when he was at his prime as he hit the top of that staircase in Rocky 1…

WARNING: this is not for those weak at heart or spirit! This high-intensity and full-impact class will push you to the edge and then over it! Your heart will pump with the full adrenaline rush of combat. You’ll be gasping for air and your legs will burn like a summer sunburn. This class is for you if you want to go ‘hard’, combining multi-level training with strength and stabilisation exercises that will turn your body into sculptured model of perfection that can be admired at the beach in all its glory.

To achieve your full potential you first need to attain balance in your life. Having balance is essential for life, love, work, relationships, and for your ‘inner self’. Prolonged stress is likely to cause wear and tear on the nervous system and can be a risk factor for disease. If you’re in your late forties or fifties, you’re often in the most productive and responsible phase of your life. You’re bombarded by stress DAILY. You can’t achieve balance when stress is constantly beating you to the ground. So, you need strategies for stress relief. This class will help you switch off from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind and let you reconnect with your inner voice so you can get back on the path that feels deeply satisfying. You will feel fantastic, relaxed and rejuvenated. Most importantly, it will help you to remain calm under pressure and deal with stress successfully.

All you have to do is jump on a stationary bike and start this fantastic cardio burning transformational session set to energizing and inspiring music. You’ll feel like Lance Armstrong, as you go through sprints, hill climbs and a variety of riding challenges – while staying in one spot! This session will get oxygen moving through your system and blood pumping through your veins while helping you control weight, hypertension, prevent or get diabetes under control, and even help reduce cholesterol. You’ll have more energy to play with the kids.

This session is a complete body workout. You’ll train your ENTIRE body in less than an hour. This is the number one class in the world! Some girls shy away from the gym because they’re too frightened of weights and uncomfortable mixing with “the big boys” in the free weight area. If that’s you, you’re going to love Body Pump! This is your time to shine, your opportunity to get all the toning and conditioning benefits that you would get in a normal gym setting but in your protected sanctuary. This session will get your heart pumping and your blood moving, supercharging your body’s immune system to fight allergies and disease. With both beginners to experts, this class will have you looking taut, toned and terrific!

On average, 168 of our members use Body Step every week to burn excess fat, keep fit, and get a stronger, leaner, more flexible body. This is a great complement to strength training for a total workout regimen.

Have you noticed that you’re slumping over your computer keyboard or when you’re driving you’re leaning into the steering wheel? In the long-term it beats your posture and health to the ground. Pilates is brilliant for correcting posture and rehabilitating (and preventing!) back injuries. Each exercise sequence addresses spinal stabilization, alignment, muscular strength and endurance. Pilates will transform, re-define and sculpt your body into an athletic machine without developing “bulky” muscles. It’s a complete workout that tones the body, improves posture, increases flexibility, and makes you feel terrific!

Remember to arrive early for all classes if it’s your first time.  Also once the warm-up has started, it’s too late to join in any class.  Late comers are at risk of injury. A towel (or mat) is required for all group fitness classes.
