Chocolate May Be Good For Us, But Smoking Sure Isn’t

We all know that smoking is bad for us, or at least we should be now.  But have you thought about how much it’s costing you, not just your health but your hip pocket?

According to experts, the average Australian smoker is throwing away more than $2500 every year purchasing cigarettes.cigarettes1

2.9 million Australian smokers consume about 14 cigarettes per day at a retail of cost of $7.41 billion dollars – that would be enough to make Fort Knox take notice!

But wait, it doesn’t just hurt your hip pocket, it also chews into your time schedule.  Australian smokers are wasting about 17 days each every year on smoking cigarettes.  Ouch, that’s a whole lot of time running down the drain.
