Geelong’s Gym is THE first and only single owner/operator ‘local’ health club that welcomes you on a first name basis into our health-conscious family to inspire, inform and support you in your quest for greater fitness, nutrition and wellness so you feel and look better, have  more energy, lose weight, improve self-confidence, reduce stress, sleep better, increase your muscle tone and/or mass, rehabilitate from an injury, acquire a positive body image or just get the spring back in your step as vitality health and fitness become an integral and everlasting part of who you are rather than something you ‘do’.
